Tasting Notes: Pale gold in colour with a delicate and complex nose, with hints of citrus and white fruits. Fresh and easy on the palate with a creamy mousse and notes of honeysuckle, ripe peach, citrus and a slight toasty note on the finish. Well balanced with a fresh acidity.

Aroma: Precise and very crisp. Wide range of small red fruits; strawberries, redcurrants, raspberries and black cherries.
Taste: Intensely fruity flavours, clean, well defined and slightly sharp, the wine then opens up to provide and impression of plunging into a basket of freshly picked red berries; strawberries, Morello cherries, blackcurrants and raspberries, The wine is supple and rounded on the finish.

Meunier lo expresa aquí como cebada, galletas saladas, por lo que el vino es áspero, cobrizo y sabe como si estuviera clarificado con sal gris. Humo, anís, peras secas, regaliz y especias envuelven el paladar en un champán construido sobre textura y volumen puros. El envejecimiento en roble del Chardonnay imparte una hermosa riqueza texturizada y amplitud en Aubry Champagne Brut.
